CUP-LOCK SYSTEM
The cup-lock system is known is the most popular systems in the gulf countries for slab casting. It is formed of vertical 'Standards' and horizontal 'Ledgers' attached together in a cup like joint. The ease of installation and agility of the structure is favored on site as it can be adjusted according to slab design such as adjustment for drop beams heights, drop panels, openings for shafts ...etc. The systems is used for heavy-duty casting of slabs and light-duty elevation scaffolding or maintenance towers.
TABLE FORM SYSTEM
The table formwork consist of frames that are easy to assemble and dismantle. It is less time consuming than other systems as the fork and trolleys allows movement of frame towers to other levels without the need to dismantle all elements.
TRIPOD PROP SYSTEM
Telescopic props have high load bearing capacity compared to its light-weight. The props height can be adjusted to desired level allowing it to cast slabs at different floor heights. The distance between props can also be adjusted easily according to load design of the slabs.
